In addition to my doula services, I am also a certified Life Planning Specialist.  I help my clients get their affairs in order and adopt an Advanced Care Health Directive.  This directive clearly represents what the client wants with healthcare decisions. The directive is then filed in the appropriate places to be used if the client is unable to speak/communicate for themselves. Everyone should have a Health Directive!
